- Project files you share with us, such as drafts, data sets and guidelines.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and spam prevention.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
- To send quotes, invoices and project updates.
- To protect our website from abuse and spam.
We do not sell your personal data, and we never use your research files for any purpose other than your project.
Confidentiality of research material
Your drafts, data and results are accessed only by the experts working on your project, are never published or reused, and can be deleted on request after the project ends. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Cookies
We use only an essential session cookie to keep forms secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing connect@insightians.com. We respond within 30 days.
